General Hospital

Sometime last week, I was very excited to learn that Roger Howarth, Michael Easton, and Kristen Alderson were returning to General Hospital on Friday.

These three actors were removed from General Hospital just recently due to legal issues with General Hospital and the show from which they originally came.

Anyway. Naturally, on Friday, I was excited to watch that day’s episode. And then… nothing. NONE OF THE ACTORS MADE AN APPEARANCE!!! There had even been a preview of the episode they were going to be in. Everywhere it said these three actors were returning on FRIDAY. And then nothing. Nada.

On Monday (I don’t know why I took so long to post this), I finally saw the return of Roger Howarth, Michael Easton, and Kristen Alderson–as different characters, which I, and every other GH fan knew. The changes of their characters also had to do with the legal issues I mentioned above. So they came as different characters.

Roger Howarth played Todd Manning prior to his departure, which was a little before Michael and Kristen’s. It is unknown to viewers who Roger’s new character is, however, his hair was bleached…

Michael Easton played John Mcbain and the “deceased” Stephen Clay, a.k.a., Caleb the Vampire. He now plays Silas Clay, Stephen’s brother. Easton’s hair is pulled back.

Kristen Alderson played Starr Manning. She now plays Katherine “Kiki/Jerome Around the World” Jerome. Her hair has been dyed brown. So… looks like the minor changes in the characters surround their hair styles…

It’s kind of funny: Starr Manning (Alderson) was dating Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell). Now, Alderson’s new character Kiki is dating Morgan Corinthos, Michael’s half-brother. Tee hee hee.

I’m excited to see how they play this out. Catch ya later! I’m off to read Clockwork Prince by Cassandra Clare.
